KEEP-NUT press-in self-anchoring inserts by Specialinsert is a revolutionary press-in anchor insert commonly used for a number of applications including undermount sink installation, ventilated facades, cladding and furniture. These small inserts are designed to install into a wide range of surfaces including granite, marble, quartz, solid surface, HPL, glass, fiber cement and other compact materials. Holds up to 562lbs per fastener.
The KEEP-NUT set for undermount sink includes all items needed to install your sink without the need for any adhesive that takes time to set. Simply plot and drill your holes and press in the Keep-Nut instantaneously.
CNC Installation:With the use of the 11.8mm CNC Drill Bit simply plot your holes around the sink and drill your hole to the correct depth. Once drilled, use the Go/No-Go depth gauge to test the hole and our setting tool to insert the KEEP-NUT. When you arrive to the job site, use the Allen post, star washer, wingnut and sink clip to support your sink.
Manual Grinder/Polisher Bit Installation: With the use of our 5/8-11 thread 11.4mm Manual Grinder ZBit with Stop Collar plot each hole and drill to the correct depth. Then use the Go/No-Go Depth Gauge to test the hole and our setting tool to insert the KEEP-NUT. When you arrive to the job site, use the Allen post, star washer, wingnut and sink clip to support your sink.
Drill Bit Solid Surface Installation: With the use of our 11.8mm Drill Bit with Stop Collar plot each hole and drill to the correct depth.
