The Keep-Nut™ 100-pc Full Set with 1-1/2" Posts is a complete anchoring kit designed for medium-rim under-mount sink installations and cladding applications. This set includes 100 standard 1/4-20 IM2S 2-Crown Keep-Nut Anchors, 1-1/2" male Allen posts, Z-clips, wingnuts, and washers — everything needed for professional-grade fastening.
Keep-Nut™ anchors are press-in, self-anchoring inserts engineered for stone, quartz, ceramic, and solid surfaces. By inserting the Keep-Nut into a CNC- or manually-drilled hole, these anchors provide high pull strength without adhesives. The male Allen posts thread directly into the Keep-Nut, making them ideal for securely fastening sinks and panels.
⚠️ Note: Each post threads into the Keep-Nut™ itself. Be sure to subtract the anchor depth when calculating how much of the post will extend beyond the substrate.
🛠️ Tips for Installers:
Use a CNC or manual bit to create the correct pre-drilled hole size for Keep-Nut insertion
Always insert anchors using the Keep-Nut Setting Tool to prevent damage to stone
After installation, check with a Go/No-Go Gauge to ensure anchors are fully bottomed out
When calculating exposed post length, subtract anchor depth to avoid misalignment
For best results, use with medium-rim sinks or panel cladding where high pull strength is required
