The Aardwolf FB1 Forklift Boom (FB1-2720) is a rugged telescoping two-section boom designed to enhance the lifting and handling capacity of 2–2.5 tonne forklift trucks. Manufactured from high-grade Australian rectangular tube steel (AS1163-450 LO), it ensures superior strength, durability, and safety in demanding applications.
The boom extends from 1610 mm (63.4") to 2724 mm (107") with a 557 mm (21.9") increment, providing flexibility for a variety of lifting tasks. Its working load limit is 1500 kg (3307 lbs) when retracted, and 500 kg (1102 lbs) when fully extended.
Designed with operator safety in mind, the extension is engineered so it cannot be pulled out completely. The boom secures firmly to fork blades using rear bolts and restraint pins, ensuring reliable attachment.
