Maintenance Instructions
Our stainless steel sinks are made of high quality 304 stainless steel. This non-porous material is extremely hygenic and durable. Our sinks have a brushed finish to reduce the appearance of scratches due to everyday use.
Stainless Steel does not rust. Rust is caused by iron deposits in your sink. To ensure that iron and mineral deposits are kept from the surface, you must keep it free from any steel, cast iron, or cleaning items and clean your sink often, keeping it cloth-dried. For best results use Bar Keepers Friend. Bar Keepers Friend will clean, protect and polish your sink for the ultimate showroom shine. Be sure to follow the grain of your sink when cleaning. Refer to manufacturer's cleaning instructions.
Do not use abrasive cleaners such as scrub pads or steel wool; or allow household agents, like bleach, to sit in your sink. Either will ruin your sink's finish.
To further prevent from scratching your sink, Levi Sink Co. suggests that you use our customized sink grids to protect the bowl(s).
Warranty
Levi Sink Co. offers a 5 year warranty for stainless steel sinks and a 1 year warranty for all other products against manufacturer's defect under normal use.
Levi Sink Co. will replace the questionable sink, without charge, with that of an equal or lesser value sink. Owner must show proof of purchase date. Sink must have been used and cleaned in a residential manner as directed and sink must not have been damaged due to neglect or misuse.
Levi Sink Co. may or may not inspect the questionable sink before replacement is made.
Improper installation, improper use, and improper maintenance excludes Levi Sink Co. from liability. Transportation and labor costs, if any, are excluded from the warranty.
