Once you submit a claim, you will receive an RGA number. Upon receipt of this number, you may return the item. Make sure the RGA number is on the outside of the package when returning. Levi Sink Co will inspect the item and notify you (a) if the item has been approved and the amount it was approved for, or (b) if the item has been rejected. A 25% re-stocking fee will be charged for any special order item. Freight charges to/from Levi Sink Co are not issued with the credit.
