All Special Order Items are shipped to Levi Sink Co.  Additional fees apply to ship directly to your location, when permitted.

Standard Blanco Ship Time:  Allow 5-7 days.
Standard HB Ship Time:  Allow 3-7 days.

On occasion, shipments have exceeded this time.  Though it's unlikely, it is possible and should be considered.  We receive news of items being on backorder usually within 1 day.

LEVI SINK CO. POLICIES AND PROCEDURES

Sales Tax Requirements

We are a wholesale company and always prefer to have a valid Re-Sale Certificate on hand; however:

  • For TN:  It is a requirement, unless we (ONLY) ship your products by common carrier.

  • For GA, SC, & NC:  You may choose to provide or not to provide us with your Re-Sale Certificate.  We are required by law to collect sales tax for these states UNLESS you provide the valid certificate.  Please be advised that, if you provide us the certificate after the sale was made, we will only give credit for the current month (or for the period that the sales tax return has not already been filed with the state).  We can provide you with a statement showing the amount of sales tax you paid to us for the prior time period for you to file on your reports.

  • For AL and all other states:  We will only ship items by common carrier to customers in AL and will not charge sales tax.


Shipping and Handling

  • For UPS Ground:  Deadline for in-stock orders to go out on the same day is 12 Noon.

    Overnight and 2nd Day Air Delivery are available through UPS if needed.  Additional fees apply.

    In the event that you receive a shipment with total damage to the goods, refuse the package.  If this is not possible, or if there is partial damage to the goods, please notify us immediately.

    In the event that you refuse the shipment (for reasons other than damage), and it is returned to us, we will credit you for the goods purchased, but not fr the shipping charges incurred.

    Vitreous China and other fragile products are not allowed for ground shipments.  These type of products must be shipped by pallet only.  See LCL Freight.

  • For LCL Freight:  We ship out of Elberton on Tuesdays and Thursdays for the rates quoted below.  Please make arrangements prior to ship-date.  The number of days in transit are based on business days (not counting the order day).  Other options are available at an additional fee.

    In the event that you receive a pallet with damaged goods on it, you must notify the driver and indicate such on the bill of lading before he leaves.  A claim is not possible without this documentation, as it is considered to be in good condition when you receive it.  Notify us immediately if such problems occur.  Please be advised, however, that charges and/or credits by the freight company are not within our control.

    In the event that you refuse the shipment (for reasons other than damage), and it is returned to us, we will credit you for the goods purchased, but not for the freight charges incurrec.  The goods will not be credited until we receive them.

The price below is the same
whether you put 1 sink or 100 sinks on it (as long as it is within Dimension & Weight Limits),
so fill it up to keep your cost per item low.

  • Freight Charges are $100 for the following areas:  AL, FL, GA, MS, NC, SC, TN
  • Freight Charges are $130 for the following areas:  AR, KY, LA
  • Freight Charges are $170 for the following areas:  OK, TX, VA
  • Freight Charges are $190 for the following areas:  MO
  • Freight Charges are $215 for the following areas:  IL, IN, MI, OH, WI, WV
  • Freight Charges are $250 for the following areas:  DE, MD, NJ, NY, PA
  • Freight Charges are $300 for the following areas:  IA, KS, MN, NE
  • Freight Charges are $315 for the following areas:  CT, MA, ME, NH, RI, VT
  • Freight Charges are $390 for the following areas:  CA, CO, UT
  • Freight Charges are $480 for the following areas:  AZ, NV
  • Freight Charges are $540 for the following areas:  OR, WA


Limited to a pallet no more than 50" x 50" x 60" and 3,000 pounds.
Additional fees may apply and will be billed in addition to the following rates. 
For Lift Gate Add $200, For Appointment Fee Add $20, For HazMat Add $25, For Inside Delivery Add $95
For Limited Access Facility Add $100, For COD Add 10% of Total Freight Cost.  In the event that there is a rise in fuel costs, an extra fuel surcharge will be added.

Returning Goods

An RGA (Return Goods Authorization) Form must be submitted before any product may be returned and considered for credit.  Once you submit a claim, you will receive an RGA number that should be clearly marked on the outside of the returned goods package.  Levi Sink Co will inspect the item and notify you: (1) if the item has been approved for credit and the amount it was approved for, or (2) if the item has been rejected.  A 25% re-stocking fee will be charged for any special order item.  Freight charges to/from Levi Sink Co are not issued with the credit.  All items returned must be in NEW condition and returned within 30 days of purchase.

Payment Methods

We accept all major forms of payment, including: Cash, Money Order, Cashier's Check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Check, Check by Fax, or you can click on the link of your e-mailed Invoice to pay by bank draft (or credit card).  Credit card payments can  be taken by calling the office or your sales representative.  A $25 fee is charged for bad checks.

Terms

All accounts have C.O.D. terms unless account is approved (after providing the required 2 credit cards, 3 references, a personal guarantee, and an authorization for a credit check, as indicated on account application, to secure the account with). 18% APR Interest is charged for any account that is not paid within terms.  Levi Sink Co uses the Magistrate Court Systems or collection agencies for bad debt recovery to fullest extent that the law allows.
